Hi! We are going to again ceremonially draw the community together for sustenance and abundance. This year, we are going to do this at Starvisions in Chappaqu...a, New York, with our wonderful friend Helen Escoffier.

The Midwinter Buffalo Hunt Abundance ceremony is a Northern Plains tradition. Join Lewis Mehl-Madrona and the Coyote's to re-examine and re-create the historical winter hunt ceremony, to invite midwinter abundance into our lives. We will use ceremonial objects, songs and dances and the seven directions to make our own ceremony based in the context of modern life, and what hunting buffalo means today. Join us in asking the spirits for abundance for the whole tribe. We will make an abundance spirit bundle which will hold the energy of the people for the whole year. If you wish you may bring a small thing to put in the bundle. We will also re-dedicate and re-charge last year's bundle.See more
